The following services are provided without cost. No insurance is required.

  • Laboratory quality pregnancy tests that are up to 99.8% accurate. If your test is positive, we may perform a limited obstetrical ultrasound to confirm pregnancy by detecting the fetal heartbeat.  The ultrasound can also determine gestational age and determine whether or not it is a viable pregnancy located within the uterus.
  • Limited STD testing and treatment for chlamydia and gonorrhea and sexual health education. An untreated STI while undergoing a surgical abortion can lead to future complications.
  • Professional care from a registered nurse who can answer your questions regarding pregnancy, abortion, health history, sexual health, and self-care.
  • Education on side effects, risks, what to expect, recovery time and more regarding abortion pills and abortion clinic procedures. 
  • Well visits and exams from our Family Nurse Practitioner.
  • Education on your pregnancy options to empower you to make the best decision for your situation.
  • Education on the risks, side effects, what to expect, and more when choosing emergency contraception.
  • Information and referrals for community resources include healthcare, childcare, parenting support, financial assistance, and educational opportunities. We do not profit from your choice and do not provide or refer for abortions, contraceptives, or morning-after pills.
