Well visits offered by our Family Nurse Practitioner are available by appointment only. We offer well visits and a screening evaluation for both women and men. MyChoice can help with disease management and preventative care, as well as treatments and prescriptions. We can also recommend further testing and evaluation with referrals for further testing.
No insurance or citizenship status is required. Call us to learn more about the types of screenings and visits available.
What to Expect
You can talk openly about your health history, sexual health, menstruation concerns, hormone questions, fertility, and contraceptives, and explore reproductive health decisions in a judgment-free space. Regular check-ups are an essential part of your overall healthcare. If you need additional screenings, MyChoice can provide those referrals for you.
